In this video, we are doing a Core Strengthening Circuit aimed at helping to strengthen the core, particularly the lower core. This will help support the lumbar spine, so is definitely something to do if you're experiencing minor back pain. Strengthening the low core is also really beneficial for people working on their inversions, so if you're aiming to deepen your physical asana practice, start incorporating this video into your practice. I would recommend starting off with this video once or twice a week and working up to three or four times per week. Hope you enjoy!
